Where the prices come from

The removal band of R150 to R250 per m² is our current rate for single-storey asbestos-cement sheeting, reviewed September 2026. The new-roof band of R500 to R1,000 per m² is our current Johannesburg rate for 2026. Outside Gauteng, a roof is priced on the same per-m² basis, and transport to the nearest licensed landfill is quoted after the site visit as its own line. Every job is priced after photos and a site visit; the site gives you the range so you know what a fair quote looks like before you get one.
