What the site stores: only what you choose to leave. There are no accounts and no analytics cookies at this stage. The address finder sends your typed address to Google’s geocoding, mapping and solar services through our server to fetch the picture and the measurement; we do not keep the address from that step. If you type your email in the quote flow and tick the box, we store your email, name, address, the estimate and your answers so that we can email you that estimate. We do not store anything if the box is not ticked. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs.
What we do with it: email you your estimate, and pass what the contractor needs to quote. Never a newsletter, never shared with anyone else. Ask us and we delete it.
What you send us: when you WhatsApp or call, your number, message and photos reach us on our own phone. We pass the details needed for a quote to the registered contractor who quotes, and to nobody else. We keep the conversation for as long as it takes to close the enquiry and for our own records.
Your rights under POPIA: ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, on WhatsApp or by phone at 066 515 5141.
Third parties: Google (maps, imagery, roof measurement), Cloudflare (hosting), WhatsApp (messaging). Each has its own policy.
