What happens after you send it
- Within minutes (business hours). A reply on WhatsApp confirming the suburb, the size and whether it looks like asbestos from your photos or the satellite view. If it is not asbestos, we say so.
- Within 1 to 3 days. The site visit measures, checks access and looks for asbestos gutters, ridges, cladding and ceilings.
- Fixed quote. One document: removal (R150 to R250 per m² in Gauteng, plus landfill transport elsewhere), the new roof, disposal at a licensed landfill, air monitoring and the clearance certificate, and dates. Nothing starts until you say so.
Three steps to your quote
Type the address, say if all of the roof goes or draw the part that does, and press Generate quote. You see both prices at once: removal only, and removal with a new roof. Tell us where to send it, and everything we need comes with it: the address, the satellite view, the measured area corrected for the roof’s pitch, whether it is a home or a business, and when you want it done.
No address handy? A photo on WhatsApp with the suburb and a rough size works too: 066 515 5141, or call.
Who you are dealing with
Every job is done under the Asbestos Abatement Regulations, 2020, and every quote is itemised line by line. The estimate is free.
Questions people ask before sending
Is the quote free?
Yes. The quote on screen and the WhatsApp reply cost nothing and carry no obligation. You pay only if you accept the final quote.
What if I am not sure it is asbestos?
Send it anyway. A photo of the roof and the underside, plus the year the building went up, is usually enough to say which way it leans. If it is not asbestos you are told so, and the job becomes a normal re-roof.
Do you share my address or photos with anyone else?
Only with the team quoting and doing your job. The site stores your details only when you press “Send this quote to me”, and uses them only for this quote.
Can I get a quote for a business or a body corporate?
Yes. Factories, warehouses, schools and sectional-title schemes are the bulk of the work. Say who the decision-maker is and whether an asbestos inventory already exists; it shortens the process.
